Multi-varietal white wine made from rare and unique grape varieties from Naxos.

It comes from old, self-rooted vineyards that are seventy years old or more, and it captures the soil differentiation of vines that grow on hillside slopes or coastal areas.

The oenological result will pleasantly surprise you with its faithful representation of the complexity of the island in every bottle that you have the opportunity to enjoy.

It pairs well with fish, seafood and shellfish, white meats and pasta with white sauces.

Mosaic of Vintage Grape Varieties 2022 has a clear pale-yellow color with green highlights. Complex aromas of apricot, pineapple and lemon on a background of botanic elements. Rich full mouth with crispy acidity, subtle mint notes and long aftertaste.

The vineyards are exposed to the meridian sea breeze, as well as to the low temperature.
Humid winds deriving from the surrounding mountains during the nightfall. All the above have a key role which comfort the plants over the warm summer months.

30 acres planted with vines of at least 60 years. The vines are prophylloxires.
The grapes come from different regions of the island and are local, undiscovered varieties.
