2. Shipping & Delivery Methods
KIDALION S.A. can serve customers from all over Greece and in the countries of the European Union. For shipping to an EU country, please contact us to inform you about the shipping cost.
The products are shipped via a courier company. The shipping costs are borne by you and the cost is determined based on the volume, weight of the package, as well as the location of the city/country of shipment.
Especially for Athens, the shipping of your order is free, if the total exceeds 6 bottles. In any case, KIDALION S.A. will inform you of the exact shipping cost before you proceed with the final registration of your order.
Delivery Time
For products that are immediately available, we deliver anywhere in Greece, usually within 3 working days in Attica, within 4 working days in the rest of mainland Greece, and within 5 working days in the island regions. For island destinations and hard-to-reach areas outside Attica, delivery time may be longer due to challenging access conditions.
Same-Day Delivery in Attica
For orders with urgent time constraints, there is an option for same-day delivery in the areas within Attica, following coordination between the sender and the recipient for the additional cost.
The above delivery times apply to orders that include immediately available products. If your order includes a product that is not immediately available, we will need an additional 2-3 working days.
3. Payment Methods

Orders from abroad that are paid by bank deposit from a foreign bank are subject to an additional charge of €10 for bank expenses.
4. Cancellations / Returns / Right of Withdrawal
At KIDALION S.A., we accept the cancellation of an order without any charge for the customer, provided that the order is canceled before it is shipped. In the event of cancellation after it has been dispatched but before delivery, the customer is only responsible for the transportation costs (shipping and return) in full.
Due to the nature of the products, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after delivery.
All our products are stored in climate-controlled areas that strictly adhere to their storage and maintenance specifications. If, nevertheless, a product has a defect that significantly reduces its value or suitability for the intended use, you must inform us within two (2) calendar days of receiving the product so that the appropriate department can be contacted.

In cases of purchasing products with a deposit into a bank account, the refund will be made via deposit into the customer’s bank account (IBAN).
In cases of purchasing with a credit card, upon the arrival of the products at our store, the charge to your card is canceled, and the funds are credited to your account. You will be refunded the full amount you have paid, minus the initial shipping costs and the costs for the return of the products to our store.
