Single-varietal rosé wine made from grapes grown in mountainous areas of Naxos.
The combination of different soils, orientations and microclimates creates a rosé wine that perfectly harmonizes and embodies all the expressions of this charismatic variety. The careful selection of grapes, controlled vinification and gentle handling capture the transition from the delightful flavour of the grapes to the concentrated flavour of each bottle in the best possible way.
It pairs well with white meats and pasta, soft cheeses or even fruits as an aperitif.
